Whalley Range Quiet Space
… a space dedicated to peacefulness, quiet reflection, meditation, contemplation or prayer for people from all faiths and none. Everyone needs space in their lives!
Waking up the senses!
Activities will include:
*sensory walk (outside weather permitting or inside)
*stillness in movement
*mindful flower arranging
*mindful preparation of food
*mindful eating of food!
*meditation in the Whalley Range Quiet Space

£5 deposit required for bookings. Additional donations to St margaret's Church will be welcome on the day.
Thw Whalley Range Quiet Space is open every Tuesday 6 - 7 pm
